Job Responsibilities

- Manage the maintenance and operational availability of plant and machinery used in road construction projects.
- Handle equipment such as HMP, RMC Plant, WMM Plant, Paver, Grader, Tandem Roller, Loader, Tipper, TM, and other road construction machinery.
- Monitor preventive maintenance, scheduled servicing, breakdowns, and equipment downtime.
- Prepare and maintain MIS, DPR, equipment utilization, availability, breakdown, scheduled maintenance, diesel consumption, spare consumption, and RTO-related reports.
- Maintain machinery records, maintenance schedules, and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams, operators, and maintenance staff to ensure smooth equipment operations.
- Monitor diesel consumption, spare parts usage, and equipment performance.




- Ensure compliance with applicable machinery, vehicle, and safety requirements.

Required Skills

- Good technical knowledge of road construction machinery and equipment maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and breakdown management.
- Knowledge of MIS, DPR, and other P&M; documentation.
- Proficiency in equipment utilization tracking, diesel management, and preventive maintenance.
- Positive coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with 25 years of experience in the P&M; department of a construction company, preferably in road projects, with a Mechanical Engineering qualification and practical knowledge of machinery maintenance and reporting.
