Medanta is looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Digital Marketing Skilled who has a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign performance, website management, analytics and cross-functional project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate and monitor Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital campaigns, ensuring effective execution, optimisation and performance tracking.

- Performance Marketing: Analyse campaign performance across leads, conversions, CPL, ROI and other key metrics. Work with internal teams and agencies to improve outcomes.

- Website Management: Coordinate website content updates, landing pages, campaign integrations, SEO requirements and website enhancements.

- Digital Project Management: Plan, track and coordinate digital marketing projects, manage timelines, follow up with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.





- Analytics & Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly digital performance reports, dashboards and MIS with actionable insights.

- Agency & Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with creative, content, SEO, performance marketing, technology and unit marketing teams to execute digital initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a multi-location organisation or agency environment.

- Good understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

- Experience in website management, campaign tracking, reporting and digital analytics.

- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, analytical and project management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with stakeholders and drive execution independently.

- Healthcare experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
