Must-Have Skills:
- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Microsoft Authenticator and MFA
- Conditional Access Policies
- Temporary Access Pass (TAP)
- Duo MFA to Microsoft Authenticator migration
- Authentication methods and IAM implementation
Valuable to Have:
- Epic, Citrix FAS and AMT integrations
- Microsoft SC-300 / AZ-500 certifications
- Change management, user training and technical documentation
