Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Power Electronics Engineer to lead the design and development of AC and DC EV Chargers. The candidate will be responsible for power electronics design, product development, testing, validation, and supporting products from concept to mass production.

:

- Design and develop power electronics circuits for AC and DC EV Chargers (3.3kW360kW).

- Design AC-DC, DC-DC converters, PFC, LLC, Flyback, Buck/Boost, and auxiliary power supplies.

- Select and validate power components such as IGBTs, MOSFETs, SiC devices, magnetics, capacitors, and protection circuits.

- Perform circuit simulation, PCB review, thermal analysis, EMI/EMC optimization, and reliability validation.





- Develop hardware as per IEC/IS standards and EV charging protocols.

- Support prototype development, debugging, testing, certification (ARAI/ICAT), and production.

- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, SCM, and manufacturing teams for product development.

- Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and product reliability improvements.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

- B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, Power Electronics, or related discipline.

- 2-3 years of experience in power electronics design.

- Hands-on experience in AC/DC and DC/DC converter design (5kW–60kW+ preferred).
