Role Description The Senior Electrical Design Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role involves leading and executing electrical design activities for infrastructure, energy, and environmental projects, including preparing drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

The engineer will perform calculations and studies for power distribution systems, evaluate electrical loads, and ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with multidisciplinary teams,



reviewing designs from junior engineers, resolving technical issues, and supporting project planning and delivery. The role also requires participation in client meetings, providing technical guidance, and contributing to continuous improvement of design processes and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Design and Design Engineering for complex projects.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Electrical Engineering and Electricity principles and applications.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Power Distribution systems, including load analysis and system configuration.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Experience in consulting or project-based environments, preferably in infrastructure, energy, or environmental sectors.
- Proficiency with electrical design software and CAD tools, along with familiarity with relevant standards and codes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to review and mentor junior team members.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
