Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep, containerization, and CI/CD automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, automating, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure while enabling productive software delivery through robust DevOps practices.

The role requires strong hands-on technical capabilities in Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, advanced scripting, and monitoring and observability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cloud Infrastructure & IaC: Design, provision, and manage Azure infrastructure using Bicep and Infrastructure as Code best practices. Develop reusable, modular templates and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Build, manage, and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Manage deployments, scaling, networking, and container lifecycle operations.
- CI/CD Automation: Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including automated build, testing, deployment, and release workflows.
- Scripting & Automation: Develop advanced automation scripts using Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages to streamline infrastructure management, deployments, operational tasks, and troubleshooting.
- Monitoring & Observability: Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions to ensure application availability, infrastructure health, and performance.
- Security & Compliance: Implement cloud security best practices,



secrets management, identity and access controls, and secure deployment practices across infrastructure and pipelines.
- Reliability & Optimization: Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issues, improve system reliability, optimize cloud resource utilization, and support disaster recovery and business continuity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, architecture, security, and operations teams to improve deployment efficiency, operational stability, and engineering productivity.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or related roles.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Proven expertise in Bicep for Infrastructure as Code, including reusable templates, modules, parameterization, and automated deployments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, deployment, and release processes.
- Advanced scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, Go, or similar programming languages.
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Strong understanding of networking, cloud security, identity and access management, secrets management, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Experience with Git-based version control, branching strategies, and automated deployment workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently manage complex technical challenges.
