Role Description

This full-time, in office Senior Design Engineer role is based in Coimbatore.

The Senior Design

Engineer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing hydraulic systems and components to meet client specifications.

Key responsibilities include drafting technical drawings using CAD software, collaborating with cross-functional teams for product development,



overseeing prototyping and testing of designs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also involves minimizing manufacturing costs, optimizing product performance, and providing technical support during installation and post-delivery stages.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design
- Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
- Basic understanding of Electrical Engineering concepts as relevant to hydraulic systems
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in ensuring quality and efficiency
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with the industrial machinery sector and experience in hydraulic systems design is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required; advanced degrees or certifications will be advantageous
- Prior experience in a similar role will be highly valued
