Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Build automation tools and frameworks using Python, Go, Bash, or similar programming languages.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent tools.
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog,



or Splunk.
- Define and implement Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Drive incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), problem management, and post-incident reviews.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues involving applications, networks, databases, operating systems, and distributed systems.
- Work with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Optimize system performance, availability, scalability, and infrastructure costs.
- Implement disaster recovery, backup, business continuity, and resilience strategies. Collaborate with development, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to improve software delivery and operational reliability.

- Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
