Job Title: Senior Collateral Analyst

Role Summary

We are seeking a Loan Documentation & Collateral Analyst to support loan documentation quality control and collateral operations for a leading U.S. Banking Client. The role will focus on reviewing loan and collateral documentation, UCC validation, Federal Reserve pledge requirements, and coordination with Operations and Risk teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Loan Documentation Review & Validation
- Review loan documentation and collateral packages to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal credit approval standards.
- Perform quality control checks against Federal Reserve pledge requirements .
- Identify documentation gaps, discrepancies, and exceptions and support timely resolution.
- Collateral Support & UCC Validation
- Support preparation and maintenance of UCC collateral documentation for Commercial loans and renewals.
- Validate collateral documentation, collateral types, and related records for completeness and accuracy.
- Support collateral tracking and documentation management activities.
- Partner with Operations, Risk, Credit, and other stakeholders to resolve documentation and collateral-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–7 years of experience in Loan Operations, Loan Documentation, Collateral Operations, Credit Operations, or Commercial Banking .
- Experience reviewing loan documentation and collateral packages .
- Knowledge of UCC documentation and collateral validation .
- Understanding of loan approval, documentation,



and collateral processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify documentation discrepancies.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience working with Operations, Credit, Risk, or Legal stakeholders.

Preferred

- U.S. Commercial Banking / Financial Services experience.
- Experience with Federal Reserve pledge requirements .
- Experience supporting Commercial loans and renewals .
- Knowledge of collateral management, secured lending, and UCC filings.
- Experience with loan servicing or commercial lending platforms.
