Hiranandani Financial Services is seeking a highly competent and motivated individual to join our team as the Senior Cluster Credit Manager. This role is primarily responsible for managing the credit underwriting process for secured business loans within the region. As a Senior Cluster Credit Manager, you will be reporting directly to the State Credit Head and will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing a team to ensure effective and accurate loan evaluations and approvals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Credit Underwriting: Conduct comprehensive credit analysis of loan applications for secured business loans, evaluating the creditworthiness of borrowers, and assessing potential risks involved.
2. Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of credit analysts and underwriters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent performance and adherence to established policies and procedures.
3. Risk Assessment: Identify and analyze potential credit risks within loan applications, evaluating collateral, financial statements, credit history, and other relevant factors.
4. Loan Structuring: Collaborate with the sales team to structure suitable loan proposals,



offering customized financial solutions that align with both the company's and customers' needs.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all internal policies, external regulations, and legal requirements related to credit evaluation and approval processes.
6. Decision Making: Make well-informed credit decisions based on thorough analysis, ensuring an appropriate balance between risk and business objectives.
7. Portfolio Monitoring: Regularly review and monitor the existing loan portfolio, identifying early warning signals and recommending necessary actions to mitigate risks.
8. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate credit decisions and recommendations to the sales team and other relevant stakeholders.
9. Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance the credit underwriting process to streamline efficiency and maintain the quality of credit evaluations.

Requirements

- MBA Degree in Finance or CA Qualified preferably .
- Strong analytical skills with experience in credit underwriting
- Team Handling experience
