We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer (Civil) to supervise and manage civil construction activities at our project site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction and site activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Manage manpower, subcontractors, materials, and site resources.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors.
- Check the quality of construction work and ensure safety standards are followed.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Check measurements, BOQ, and material consumption.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction.
- Good knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing work.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good site supervision, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an advantage.
Job Type: Full time Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
