Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) for our real estate business. The ideal candidate should have robust industry knowledge, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record of generating business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, developers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Identify potential properties, projects, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare business proposals, sales reports, and performance updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.

Requirements




- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in real estate business development or sales.
- Strong network of real estate developers, investors, brokers, and property owners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and lead business development initiatives.

Preferred Candidate A senior-level professional with a strong industry network, commercial understanding, and the ability to independently drive business growth.
