Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Experience: 1+ Years

CTC: Up to 11 LPA (Based on Role & Experience)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

- Connect with prospective students and guide them on suitable courses and learning programs.
- Understand career goals, explain program benefits and convert leads into enrolments.
- Handle calls, follow-ups, customer queries and sales closures.
- Achieve individual sales targets and maintain lead details in CRM.
- For Team Lead candidates, the role will initially involve individual sales targets, with an opportunity to build and manage a team based on performance.

Requirements
- Experience in Sales, Inside Sales, EdTech or Education Counselling preferred.
- Solid communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with good follow-up and customer relationship skills.
- Candidates applying for the Team Lead track should have prior team-handling experience.

Salary
- Academic Counsellor / Senior Academic Counsellor: Up to 7 LPA
- Team Lead: Up to 11 LPA
