- Qualified Brand strategist, proficient in developing strategies that position and shape brands distinctly.
- The candidate must deliver innovative strategic directions and apply them across verticals to benefit our client s businesses with measurable results.

Minimum Qualification
- Five years of experience in brand strategy, along with research.
- Preferably with a degree/MBA in marketing, brand strategy, or strategic design management. (Graduates or postgraduates from MICA, NID, IIT Mumbai, IIT Guwahati, ISB, or similar national or international universities.)
- Alternatively, on-ground experience in the field in various verticals.

Roles & Expectations
- Drive and deliver branding or service design strategies, create systems and implement them across business verticals, in both digital and traditional formats.
- Proficient in primary and secondary research with case studies to back up.
- Create and deliver a performance matrix system.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in using strategic planning tools and methods to fruition.

Required Skills (Need excellence in a minimum of 5 skills mentioned below)




- Cross-category understanding of FMCG, durables, and services.
- Understanding of pan-India consumers, their cultures, and markets.
- Well-equipped to use research methodologies to gather data, conduct interviews, and develop and send online surveys.
- Understanding business, data tools, and analytics (the math of it)
- Experience in ethnographic, observational, and behavior studies.
- Storytelling skills, capable of verbal and written communications, client interfacing, and presentation skills.
- Capable of managing and building relationships with senior client executives with domain-level competence and informed worldview.

Advantageous/Optional Skills
- Education or experience in the design field or Industry.
- Management skills, idea creation, directing, and delivering through a creative team.
- Experience with digital-first brands
- Writing advisory and opinion articles based on analyzing the brand and marketing landscape and on branding and brand communications.
