: Senior Associate – Finance & Accounts

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Associate – Finance & Accounts to manage accounting, taxation, financial reporting, MIS, and compliance activities. Candidates with prior experience in the Media & Entertainment or Film Production industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS payments, and tax filings.
- Perform GST input tax credit reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow statements.
- Assist with statutory audits, tax audits, and other financial compliance requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports, financial trackers, and cost reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections, and financial planning.
- Monitor revenue, expenses,



and financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain and update financial records using Tally and Zoho Books.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

- CA with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience, or a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a Media & Entertainment or Film Production company is preferred.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally and Zoho Books.
- Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and manage multiple responsibilities.
