Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop applications that meet business requirements.
- Implement and maintain existing applications, ensuring they are up-to-date and running smoothly.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on new and existing applications.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to applications, providing solutions or alternatives when necessary.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation of application development and maintenance processes.
