About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Senior Admission Counsellor to convert enquiries into admissions for our technology training programs. You will understand learners’ career goals, recommend suitable courses, and manage the sales process from the first call to enrolment. This is an individual contributor role with monthly admission and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in counselling.
- Understand their background and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
- Clearly explain course content, learning outcomes, fees, and career support.
- Handle objections, follow up consistently, and close admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, and sales updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Share learner feedback with the marketing team to improve lead quality.

Who We Are Looking For

- Graduate in any discipline.




- At least 2 years of experience in admission counselling or education sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Robust communication, counselling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to manage leads independently and take ownership of results.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and working with sales targets.
- Familiarity with IT courses such as DevOps, AWS, Azure, or Cybersecurity is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on weekends as per the agreed work schedule.
