We are hiring Senior Accounts Manager Senior Accounts Manager to handle day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in accounts, is comfortable working in Excel and Tally, and can manage a small team while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations –overview of bookkeeping, ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports
- Handle statutory compliances – GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings applicable to fintech NBFCs
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures
- Coordinate with auditors (internal/statutory) and support audit requirements
- Maintain accuracy of accounts in Tally and Excel-based reporting systems
- Monitor cash flow, payments, and receivables
- Supervise and guide junior accounts staff/team members
- Coordinate with banks/NBFC partners and internal departments for financial matters
