Job Summary

Prorich Agro Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager with strong expertise in payment follow-ups, outstanding receivables, debtor management, and collection of overdue payments. The ideal candidate should be confident in coordinating with customers, resolving payment issues, and ensuring timely realization of outstanding dues.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily payment follow-ups with customers and clients to ensure timely collections.
- Monitor outstanding payments, overdue invoices, and customer credit balances.
- Maintain and review accounts receivable reports and ageing analysis.
- Coordinate with sales teams and customers to resolve payment discrepancies and delayed payments.
- Follow up on pending invoices, payment commitments, and overdue accounts until closure.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for management.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve ledger differences.




- Monitor customer credit limits and payment terms.
- Escalate long-pending and high-value outstanding payments to management.
- Maintain accurate records of payment commitments, collection status, and follow-up history.
- Support month-end closing and other accounting activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; M.Com/MBA Finance preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, collections, and payment follow-ups.
- Strong expertise in outstanding payment recovery and debtor management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.
- Ability to handle high-value outstanding accounts and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Strong follow-up discipline, ownership, and reporting skills.
