Job Title: Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive GST Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Professional with excellent knowledge of GST, taxation, and accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual GST returns.
2. Ensure accurate GST calculations, reconciliations, and timely filing of returns.
3. Manage input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation with GSTR-2B and purchase records.
4. Handle TDS, TCS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
5. Maintain books of accounts, sales and purchase entries, and general ledger.
6. Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
7. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities.
8. Ensure compliance with applicable GST rules and regulations.

Prepare MIS reports and support monthly and annual financial closing.
10. Identify and resolve GST discrepancies, notices, and compliance-related issues.

11 .Should have knowlegde in Form PMT 09 and GST Refund. 12.Should have knowledge of EDPMS (Export Data Processing and Monitoring System) and its procedures for monitoring and tracking export transactions.

13.Should have knowledge of eBRC (Electronic Bank Realisation Certificate), including its generation, verification, and related export documentation procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 67 years of relevant experience in Accounts and GST.
- Excellent practical knowledge of GST laws, returns, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate: An experienced accounts professional with strong hands-on GST knowledge and the ability to independently manage GST compliance and accounting activities.
