Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with practical knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software, GST, TDS, Balance Sheet preparation, and statutory returns. The candidate should be capable of managing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial records and timely compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in BUSY Accounting Software.

- Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, and bank entries.

- Prepare and maintain ledgers, trial balance, and financial statements.

- Assist in the preparation of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, and other financial reports.

- Handle GST calculations, reconciliations, and GST return filing, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.

- Calculate TDS, maintain TDS records, and assist with TDS return filing.

- Prepare and file applicable statutory returns within the prescribed deadlines.





- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

- Maintain proper documentation, vouchers, invoices, and financial records.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, GST, and TDS regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Practical working knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software is mandatory.

- Good knowledge of GST and GST return filing.

- Knowledge of TDS calculation and return filing.

- Understanding of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Trial Balance.

- Knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

- Valuable analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage accounts independently and meet deadlines.
