Role Description The Senior Accountant at Reelax will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing activities. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves preparing financial statements and reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.

Accountant will assist in developing and improving financial processes, support audits, analyze financial data to provide insights to management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions. The role also includes monitoring cash flow, preparing management reports,



and contributing to the accuracy and integrity of financial information across the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and understanding of accounting standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS).
- Candidates should possess skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting and ERP software, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work with financial data and reporting tools.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of taxation, compliance, and internal controls, including experience preparing for and supporting internal and external audits.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and present financial information to stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; a professional certification (such as CA, CPA, CMA) is preferred.
