Job Title: Part-Time Accountant

Location: BTM Layout, Bengaluru

Employment Type: Part-Time

Work Schedule: 2–3 days per week

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Preferred Age: 55 years and above

Language Requirement: Kannada and English

We are looking for a senior, experienced and dependable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, payroll, documentation and office compliance activities on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience and be capable of independently handling accounting and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Payroll Management: Handle monthly salary processing, salary calculations, deductions and payroll records.
- SOWs & Documentation: Prepare and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs), agreements and other business documents.
- POS & Financial Records: Manage POS-related records and transactions, as applicable.
- Accounting & Reconciliation: Maintain books of accounts, manage invoices, track expenses and perform bank reconciliations.
- Statutory Compliance: Handle applicable GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Office Compliance: Maintain financial records,



employee documentation and other office-related compliance documents.
- General Accounts Support: Manage vendor payments, billing and other routine accounting activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Substantial hands-on experience in accounting, payroll and compliance management.
- Strong practical knowledge of accounting procedures and applicable statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Kannada and English.
- Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently.
- Preference for a senior skilled aged 55 years and above with extensive practical experience.
