SK Hiring Enterprise is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant for the automobile sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, vehicle sales and purchase records, inventory accounts, GST documentation, and other accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries for vehicle sales, purchases, and expenses.
- Manage invoices, bills, receipts, payment records, and vouchers.
- Maintain accounts related to vehicle inventory, spare parts, and accessories.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash book records.
- Manage GST invoices, GST documentation, and support GST return filing.
- Maintain records of customer payments, advances, and outstanding balances.
- Track expenses related to vehicle servicing, repairs, and dealership operations, wherever applicable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and outstanding payment statements.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, inventory,



and management teams.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications
- B.Com or a relevant degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in automobile dealerships, vehicle showrooms, or automotive businesses will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
- Knowledge of vehicle sales, purchase, inventory, and spare parts accounting is an advantage.
- Robust numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidential financial records.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in car or bike dealerships, automobile showrooms, vehicle service centres, or spare parts businesses will be preferred.
