We are hiring Senior Accountant

Location: Kadi, Gujarat (Factory)

Experience: 3–4 Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Kadi.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Supervision: Oversee and verify all sales, purchase, cash, bank, journal, and general ledger entries.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, trial balance, and MIS reports.

GST & Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS/TCS, income tax, advance tax, and other statutory filings.

Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor stock accounting, stock transfers, inventory adjustments, and physical stock reconciliation.

Receivables & Payables: Review customer and vendor balances, outstanding payments, collections, and reconciliations.

Internal Controls & Audits: Check accounting accuracy, supporting documents, approvals, and compliance with company policies.

Bank & Cash Management: Review bank reconciliations, cash balances, fund flow, and payment transactions.

Team Supervision:



Oversee the accounts team, allocate work, verify entries, and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

Cost & Expense Monitoring: Review factory expenses, production-related costs, and unusual financial variances.

Month-End & Year-End Closing: Ensure timely closure of books and coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.

Management Reporting: Provide accurate financial data, highlight discrepancies, and report significant issues to management.

Primary Responsibility

Ensure accuracy, transparency, compliance, and effective control over the companys complete accounting and financial operations

Required Skills

Experience in a manufacturing company.

Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, and TDS.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
