About the Role

Dlyft India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, handle statutory compliance, and support monthly financial closing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
2. Handle purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal, and expense entries.
3. Manage accounting operations using Busy Software and Odoo ERP.
4. Prepare bank reconciliation statements and reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
5. Handle GST-related activities, including data preparation, reconciliation, and return-filing support.
6. Manage TDS calculations, deductions, reconciliations, and compliance support.
7. Verify invoices, bills, debit notes, credit notes, and supporting documents.
8. Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and preparation of account statements.
9. Monitor outstanding payments and receivables and coordinate with vendors and customers for account-related queries.
10. Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
11. Coordinate with internal departments for accounting records,



purchase documents, and financial information.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a relevant accounting/finance qualification.
- 24 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Good working knowledge of Busy Software, Odoo ERP, and MS Excel.
- Robust understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and day-to-day accounting.
- Knowledge of vendor reconciliation, customer accounts, and monthly closing procedures.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

- Accuracy and timely completion of accounting entries.
- Timely bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Compliance with GST and TDS deadlines.
- Accuracy of monthly closing and financial reports.
- Proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.
- Timely resolution of discrepancies and outstanding account issues.
