Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure GST compliance.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.
- Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation.




- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
- Prepare and verify invoices, journal entries, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Assist in balance sheet preparation and finalization of accounts.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during statutory and internal audits.
- Maintain fixed asset records and support depreciation calculations.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

✅ Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

✅ Experience in manufacturing industry accounting.

✅ Proficiency in Tally / SAP / ERP and Advanced Excel.

✅ Knowledge of balance sheet preparation and account finalization.

✅ Good analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.

✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
