Security personnel deployed under this SOW shall perform the following duties at each location:
- Patrol and observe the assigned location as directed by the client and set out in the applicable post orders.
- Any unusual incidents detected or reported will be reported to the designated client contact. An incident report will be completed and a copy forwarded to the client within 24 hours of the incident.
- Report criminal activity and/or visible hazards observed or reported while on post.
- Execute access control and site monitoring measures in accordance with client training to specified systems and tools.
- Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and post orders for daily operations, which may include special events.
- Utilize assigned client email addresses only for the purpose of completing assigned job duties (e.g., accessing approved client systems, viewing required calendars, communicating with company personnel).
- Provide quarterly business reports that account for operational metrics associated with security services at the site.
- Comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and clients Global Security policies and standards.
- Provision temporary access badges for authorized visitors and contractors using the client’s designated access management system, in accordance with client’s access control policies and post orders.
