Job Summary

Goldstone Hospitality is looking for disciplined, alert, and professional Security Guards to maintain the safety and security of guests, employees, property, and premises at SOMARA, a premium hospitality establishment.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor entry and exit points and verify visitors, employees, vendors, and deliveries.
- Maintain security at the main entrance, parking area, restaurant, rooftop, and other designated areas.
- Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and disturbances.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities to the supervisor.
- Assist guests courteously while maintaining security protocols.
- Manage vehicle movement and parking wherever assigned.
- Conduct regular security rounds and check designated areas.
- Support crowd management during events, weekends, and peak hours.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, fire incidents, and security threats.
- Maintain visitor registers, incident reports, and daily security logs.
- Coordinate with management, housekeeping, and other staff regarding safety concerns.




- Follow the company's security procedures, dress code, and grooming standards.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in security, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, mall, commercial building, or premium hospitality establishment.
- Physically fit, vigilant, punctual, and responsible.
- Good communication skills and a polite, skilled attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and handle difficult situations.
- Basic knowledge of fire safety and emergency procedures is preferred.
- Police verification and background checks will be required.
- Prior hotel or restaurant security experience will be an advantage.

Working Conditions
- Shift-based duty, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must maintain discipline, confidentiality, and professional conduct at all times.
- Uniform and grooming standards must be followed.
