We are looking for a motivated Software Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to one of our AI-powered products. In this role, you will work on building and improving AI-driven applications, developing full-stack features, and integrating intelligent agents and modern AI technologies into real-world workflows. Key Responsibilities:

- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, LLMs, agents, and frameworks to identify practical solutions.
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to test AI-powered features and implementation approaches.
- Develop agentic workflows and applications using LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
- Integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, LLM providers, and third-party services.
- Debug technical issues and improve application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Use AI-assisted tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT to accelerate development while validating generated code.
- Collaborate with engineers and senior team members on technical decisions, progress updates, and implementation strategies.
- Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to testing, code reviews, documentation, and debugging.
- Document research findings, technical decisions, and experiments while staying updated on emerging AI technologies.

Technical Qualifications:

- Python: Working knowledge of Python, including modular programming and asynchronous development.

- Full-stack development: Familiarity with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and WebSockets.





- Agentic AI and LLMs: Understanding of AI agents, LangGraph or LangChain, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, tool calling, and context management.

- Backend engineering: Understanding of backend services, asynchronous servers, and application performance; familiarity with contemporary Python tooling such as uv

- Cloud and deployment: Basic knowledge of AWS, cloud application architecture, and deployment workflows.

- AI-assisted development: Ability to work effectively with coding agents, navigate codebases, validate generated code, and use AI tools for implementation and debugging.

- Version control: Familiarity with Git, GitHub, branching, commits, and collaborative development.

Good To Have:

- Experience with voice APIs, real-time voice systems, or AI-powered conversational agents.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and production deployments.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Personal projects, open-source contributions, or practical experience building AI agents and full-stack applications.

Contract Details:

- Initial contract duration: 3 months .

- The initial 15 days will serve as a probation and performance evaluation period.
- Successful completion of probation will count toward the three-month contract period.
- Based on individual performance and business requirements, the contract may be extended or converted into a full-time opportunity.

- Compensation, working arrangements, and other employment terms will be specified in the offer letter.
