Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SCM Head to lead the End-to-End Supply Chain Management function at HPL Electric & Power Limited.

Experience

15+ years of relevant experience in End-to-End SCM, with strong exposure to material planning, inventory, warehouse, finished goods, C&F; operations, price control and logistics management, with robust cross-functional coordination across Consumer Electrical Product Heads, Production, Procurement, Commercial, Sales and other key functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead End-to-End SCM operations covering planning, inventory, warehousing, finished goods, dispatch and logistics.
- Drive Demand & Material Planning aligned with sales forecasts and production requirements.
- Ensure optimum inventory levels, stock availability and working capital management.
- Manage overall warehouse operations and inventory accuracy across locations.
- Manage Finished Goods availability and timely dispatch as per business requirements.
- Handle and monitor PAN-India C&F; operations, including coordination, stock movement, inventory and service levels.
- Drive PAN-India price control, cost monitoring and cost optimization across the supply chain.
- Coordinate with Consumer Electrical Product Heads for demand, priorities, forecasts and product availability.




- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Commercial, Sales, Logistics, C&F; and Warehouse teams for uninterrupted supply.
- Identify and resolve stock-outs, excess and slow-moving inventory.
- Oversee PAN-India dispatch and logistics planning for timely deliveries.
- Develop and monitor SCM MIS, KPIs and management dashboards.
- Drive process improvement, cost optimization and supply chain efficiency.
- Implement SCM policies, SOPs, systems and controls.
- Lead, mentor and develop the SCM team.

Industry Background Candidates from Electrical, Consumer Electrical, Switchgear, Lighting, Wires & Cables, Electrical Products or Manufacturing industries will be 1st Preference.

Kundli Head Office, Delhi NCR

Candidates must be comfortable working from Head Office in Kundli ( Near Delhi Haryana Border) . 6 Days a week ( 2nd Sat Off)
