We are looking for experienced scientists, researchers, engineers, laboratory professionals, and technical experts who can bring practical laboratory knowledge into customer projects.

What You’ll Do

? Understand customer research objectives, workflows, and laboratory requirements

? Recommend suitable laboratory equipment, instrumentation, utilities, and infrastructure

? Advise on environmental requirements including temperature, humidity, vibration, cleanliness, acoustics, electromagnetic shielding, and other controlled conditions

? Guide laboratory safety requirements for lasers, gases, chemicals, cryogens, high voltage, vacuum, and electrical systems

? Review and contribute to laboratory layouts, equipment placement, utilities, and technical specifications

? Support equipment selection, technical evaluation, and vendor discussions

? Work closely with our design, engineering, procurement, and project teams

? Participate in technical discussions with customers and help translate research requirements into practical laboratory solutions

? Provide technical inputs during installation, commissioning, and validation when required

What We’re Looking For

✅ Degree in Physics, Engineering, Materials Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field

M.Sc./M.Tech./PhD preferred

✅ Hands-on experience working in, setting up, managing, or designing research / R&D; laboratories

✅ Exposure to one or more of:





Physics | Photonics & Lasers | Electronics | Cleanrooms | Metrology & Calibration | Cryogenics | Materials Science | Vacuum Systems | Quantum Technology | Advanced Instrumentation

✅ Good understanding of laboratory equipment, instrumentation, utilities, safety, and infrastructure requirements

✅ Ability to understand technical research requirements and translate them into practical laboratory specifications
