Saree Store Manager – A Saree Store Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of a saree showroom, providing excellent customer service, supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.

Welcome customers and help them select sarees according to their needs, preferences, and budget.

Supervise sales staff and allocate daily duties.

Maintain stock records, monitor inventory, and arrange sarees neatly for display.

Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance.

Handle billing, cash transactions, and daily sales reports.

Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment and new collections.

Maintain showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product presentation.





Monitor staff performance and train employees in sales and customer service.

Skills Required

Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

Knowledge of saree varieties, fabrics, designs, and pricing.

Leadership and team management.

Sales, billing, and inventory management.

Ability to meet sales targets.
