Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced SAP VIM Consultant with strong expertise in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), SAP Accounts Payable processes, and SAP integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing SAP VIM solutions to streamline invoice processing and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support OpenText VIM solutions in SAP environments.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure VIM workflows, document types, process types, and exception handling.
- Collaborate with business users, Accounts Payable teams, and technical teams.
- Coordinate VIM customizations and developments with ABAP teams.
- Configure and support OCR integrations, including OpenText ICC/BCC.
- Troubleshoot invoice processing issues and workflow bottlenecks.
- Support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
- Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), configuration documents, and user manuals.
- Provide production support and resolve incidents within agreed SLA timelines.
- Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, and enhancement projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 10 years of relevant SAP consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Valuable understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and invoice management processes.
- Hands-on experience with:
- VIM Process Types and DP Document Processing
- Approval Workflow Configuration
- Exception Handling and Business Rules Configuration
- Archive Server Integration
- OpenText ICC/BCC OCR Components
- Understanding of SAP MM and SAP FI modules.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in incident management and production support.

Preferred Skills
- SAP S/4HANA migration experience involving VIM.
- Knowledge of SAP Workflow and Fiori applications.
- Experience with OpenText xECM and Archive Server.
- Exposure to SAP BTP and integration technologies.
- End-to-end SAP VIM implementation experience.
- Experience in global support and rollout projects.
- Knowledge of Agile and ITIL processes.
- SAP/OpenText VIM certification is an advantage.

Work Arrangement
- Primarily remote working arrangement.
- Candidates must be available to visit the client's office 1–2 times per month.
- Travel, accommodation, and meal expenses for office visits must be borne by the candidate or vendor.
