Role & Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including Foundation Objects, Position Management, and Employee Lifecycle processes.

- Manage Time Off configurations such as leave types, accruals, holiday calendars, and work schedules.

- Configure Business Rules, MDF Objects, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).

- Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and provide solution recommendations.

- Support integrations using Integration Center, OData APIs, SFAPI, and SAP BTP/CPI.

- Perform data migration, system testing, release management, and end-user training.

- Develop and support reports and dashboards through Report Center and Story Reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.





- Robust expertise in EC Configuration, Time Off, MDF, RBP, Business Rules, and Workflows.

- Experience with Position Management, Data Models, and Employee Data Management.

- Knowledge of Integration Center, OData, SFAPI, and SAP BTP/CPI.

- Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation or rollout project.

- SAP SuccessFactors EC Certification preferred.
