- 4+ years of SAP SD experience
- Strong AMS/Application Support and ticket handling experience.
- Expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Sales Orders, Delivery, and Billing.
- Hands-on experience in Pricing and Credit Management.
- Strong knowledge of IDOC Processing, EDI, and Output Management.
- Experience in Incident, Service Request, Problem & Change Management.
- Configuration and support experience in SAP SD.
- Positive exposure to SAP S/4HANA Sales processes.
Good to Have
- ABAP Debugging, LSMW, Job Monitoring/Scheduling.
- Cross-functional exposure to MM, FICO, PP, APO, GTS, WM along with Third-Party, Consignment, Returns, and STO processes.
