We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in managing SAP projects, particularly end-to-end SAP implementations. The candidate should have solid project management skills, experience in planning and executing SAP implementations, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects from initiation through go-live and post-go-live support.
- Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with functional, technical, integration, testing, data migration, and infrastructure teams.
- Manage project scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and change requests.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee project activities across requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and deployment.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage stakeholder communication, project governance, status reporting, and steering committee meetings.
- Ensure effective management of project quality, budget, resources, and timelines.
- Drive SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live readiness,



and hypercare activities.
- Manage vendors, implementation partners, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Follow appropriate project delivery methodologies, including SAP Activate and Agile or Waterfall approaches, as applicable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall experience in SAP projects, including relevant project management experience.
- Proven experience managing at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
- Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and project life cycles.
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, risk management, resource management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple project workstreams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project governance, executive reporting, and client management.
- Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to work from the Hyderabad location.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SAP Best Practices.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification.
- Experience managing large-scale transformation projects and system integrations.
