Job Role: SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant

Location: Gurgaon, Onsite - 5 days a week

Role:

Looking for SAP PM Consultant to handle Plant Maintenance support, master data activities and change requests in SAP environment.

Objective: Provide end-to-end support, continuous improvement, and incident management for SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module within an AMS framework.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintenance & Master Data Support: Oversee PM master data, including equipment, functional locations, bills of materials (BOMs), task lists, and maintenance plans.
- Transactional Operations: Support maintenance notifications, order creation, scheduling, execution, completion, calibration, and refurbishment processes.




- Customization & Testing: Perform basic SPRO/IMG configurations, write functional specifications for enhancements/interfaces, and execute unit and integration testing.
- Ticket Management, SLA & Governance Compliance: Handle daily tickets, service requests. Ensure response/resolution times align with SLAs & KPIs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between business users, technical teams, and offshore/onshore delivery groups
