About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager – AI & FI Transformation Projects with 15+ years of experience in SAP technologies, specializing in SAP FICO. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing FI transformation projects involving AI, Machine Learning (ML), and process automation.

The role involves leading end-to-end SAP transformation initiatives, including implementations and SAP S/4HANA upgrades, while ensuring effective project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and integration of AI-driven solutions and automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP FI transformation projects involving AI, ML, and process automation.
- Manage SAP implementations and SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects involving complex system landscapes.
- Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across scope, timelines, resources, and quality.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, ML, and process automation tools to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Apply strong functional knowledge of SAP FICO and other relevant SAP modules to align solutions with business requirements.
- Ensure key business processes are accurately mapped, configured, and addressed within SAP systems.
- Manage the SAP development lifecycle,



ensuring adherence to established SDLC practices.
- Use SAP project management tools such as SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and Jira to track progress, manage risks, and coordinate delivery.
- Ensure project execution aligns with SAP Activate methodology and relevant project management frameworks.
- Apply suitable delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
- Manage changes in project scope, timelines, resources, and priorities effectively.
- Coordinate with functional teams, technical teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to achieve project objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 15+ years of experience in SAP technologies, with specialization in SAP FICO.
- At least 5 years of experience in FI transformation projects involving AI, ML, and process automation.
- Prior experience managing end-to-end projects involving AI, ML, or process automation.
- Experience with SAP implementations or SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects involving complex landscape transformations.
- Solid functional knowledge of one or more SAP modules, preferably FICO.
- Sound understanding of business processes and their mapping within SAP systems.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in SAP development environments.
- Proficiency in SAP project management tools such as SAP Solution Manager and Jira.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience with project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
- Strong project planning, resource management, stakeholder coordination, and change management skills.
