Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant to implement, configure, integrate, and support SAP FSM solutions. The candidate should have solid knowledge of field service processes, technician scheduling, work order management, mobile workforce management, and integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Service Cloud, or SAP ERP.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP FSM applications, including planning, scheduling, dispatching, and execution of field service activities.
- Manage service calls, service orders, technician assignments, and work order execution.
- Configure workforce scheduling, resource allocation, skills matching, and territory management.
- Support mobile application functionality for field technicians, including offline operations and service confirmations.
- Integrate SAP FSM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Service Cloud, and other enterprise applications.
- Work with APIs, web services, and middleware such as SAP Integration Suite / CPI.
- Configure business rules, workflows, alerts, and notifications.
- Support master data replication, including customers, equipment, products, employees, and service-related data.
- Perform functional testing, integration testing, UAT,



defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user training materials.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot integration issues, and optimize field service processes.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with hands-on SAP FSM experience.
- Strong understanding of field service management and service lifecycle processes.
- Experience in SAP FSM configuration, planning, scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce management.
- Knowledge of service orders, service calls, technician scheduling, and service confirmations.
- Experience integrating SAP FSM with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
- Understanding of REST APIs, OData, web services, and integration interfaces.
- Knowledge of master data synchronization and data mapping.
- Experience in testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and production support.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
- Knowledge of SAP Service Cloud or SAP Customer Service.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Service processes.
- Knowledge of mobile application configuration and offline synchronization.
- Experience in end-to-end SAP FSM implementation or rollout projects.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SAP Activate.
