We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 4+ years of relevant experience in SAP Finance and Controlling, including at least one end-to-end implementation in SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SAP FI/CO, experience in business process analysis, configuration, testing, and implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements, analyze business processes, and prepare functional specifications.
- Configure and support SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
- Work on SAP CO functionalities, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
- Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation activities, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live support.
- Work with SAP S/4HANA Finance features, including the Universal Journal and Business Partner integration, as applicable.
- Support integration between SAP FICO and other modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
- Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing,



and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Resolve production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide ongoing application support.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and end-user training materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant SAP FICO experience.
- At least 1 end-to-end implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA.
- Robust knowledge of SAP FI and CO configuration and business processes.
- Hands-on experience in General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Good understanding of integration with SAP MM and SD.
- Experience in requirement analysis, configuration, testing, migration, and deployment activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Fiori applications.
- Knowledge of data migration, cutover activities, and reconciliation.
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and implementation best practices.
- SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance is an added advantage.
