We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Consultant with 4+ years of relevant experience in SAP Controlling and at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation. The candidate should have strong functional and configuration knowledge of SAP CO processes, experience in business requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support, and the flexibility to travel based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP CO functionalities, including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and CO-PA.
- Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation activities, including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live support.
- Handle integration between SAP CO and other modules, including FI, MM, PP, and SD.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including allocations, WIP, variance calculation, and settlement.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts.
- Conduct unit testing,



integration testing, and UAT, and resolve functional issues.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.
- Travel to client locations as required for implementation, workshops, and project support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in SAP CO.
- At least one complete end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
- Solid knowledge of SAP CO configuration and controlling business processes.
- Good understanding of FI–CO integration and cross-module dependencies.
- Experience in testing, documentation, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be flexible and willing to travel to client locations as per business requirements.
