SAP Ariba Consultant (Buying & Invoicing) Ariba Indirect ProcurementSAP Ariba Consultant – Buying & InvoicingExperience: 8-10+ YearsMode: SubconLocation: Bangalore PreferredJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Ariba Buying and Invoicing implementation, configuration, integration, and support. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA integration, procurement processes, invoice management, and troubleshooting across Ariba, CIG, and SAP backend systems.

Responsibilities

- SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing
- Configure and support SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing modules.
- Design, configure, and maintain requisition workflows and procurement processes.
- Configure and manage invoice processing workflows and approval hierarchies.
- Support procurement operations including requisition creation, approval routing, invoice processing, and payment readiness.
- Invoice Management
- Configure and maintain Invoice Reconciliation (IR) processes.
- Manage invoice exception handling and discrepancy resolution configurations.
- Support invoice validation rules, matching logic, and exception workflows.
- Analyze and resolve invoice processing issues to ensure timely payments.
- Integration Management
- Lead and support SAP Ariba integration with SAP S/4HANA using SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
- Configure and troubleshoot integration scenarios between Ariba and third-party applications.
- Support inbound and outbound interfaces for procurement and invoicing processes.
- Coordinate with technical teams for interface monitoring and issue resolution.




- Master Data & ERP Integration
- Support and manage master data integration between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA.
- Ensure synchronization of vendors, company codes, purchasing organizations, plants, cost centers, GL accounts, and other procurement-related master data.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to maintain master data integrity.
- SAP S/4HANA Knowledge
- Demonstrate understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Materials Management (MM) processes.
- Analyze end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes across Ariba and S/4HANA.
- Support functional testing, UAT, and production deployments.
- Troubleshooting & Support
- Investigate and resolve issues related to:
- SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing
- SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)
- SAP S/4HANA
- Procurement and invoicing interfaces
- Workflow and approval configurations
- Perform root cause analysis and provide sustainable solutions.
- Support production incidents and change requests.

Qualifications

- Preferred QualificationsExperience in end-to-end SAP Ariba implementations and support projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Business Network and supplier collaboration processes.
- Exposure to procurement compliance, invoicing regulations, and electronic invoicing processes.
- SAP Ariba certification is preferred.
