Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM [9 hour shift per day]

About the Role

Hair Duet Salon is seeking a agile, customer-focused, and results-driven Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, deliver exceptional client experiences, and drive business growth while maintaining premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily salon operations, appointments, staff scheduling, grooming, and discipline.
- Deliver exceptional client service, personalized hospitality, and effective complaint resolution.
- Lead and motivate stylists, beauticians, nail professionals, and housekeeping staff.
- Drive revenue, sales conversions, client retention, rebookings, and retail sales.
- Monitor inventory, product usage, expiry dates, wastage, and purchase requirements.
- Oversee billing, payments, discounts, daily reconciliation, expenses, and operational records.
- Ensure hygiene, service quality, SOP compliance, and premium salon ambience.
- Conduct team briefings, identify training needs, and monitor staff performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, operations, inventory, and team productivity.




- Implement management decisions and recommend strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.

Requirements
- Previous experience in salon management, hospitality, beauty and wellness, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and team management skills.
- Proven sales, business development, and client relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of billing, inventory control, reporting, and operational management.
- Professional appearance, problem-solving skills, integrity, and accountability.
- Familiarity with salon services, POS systems, and appointment software is an advantage.

Performance Expectations Success will be measured by revenue achievement, client satisfaction, sales conversion, repeat bookings, team productivity, inventory control, financial accuracy, and adherence to salon standards.
