About Position:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integration Services, Aura Components, and Visualforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Loan Origination System (LOS) implementations. This role requires strong technical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver scalable and secure CRM solutions that align with business objectives.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.




- Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and middleware platforms.
- Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
- Implement and support Loan Origination System (LOS) integrations and related business workflows.
- Develop custom objects, custom tabs, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and automation solutions.
- Create and maintain Salesforce Flows, Process Builder automations, and business process enhancements.
- Design and implement role hierarchies, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security controls.
- Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and defect resolution activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support release planning, production deployments, and environment management activities.
- Manage source code using Git, SVN, or other version control systems.
- Participate in release management and change management processes.
- Maintain technical documentation including design documents, deployment guides, and support documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce governance, security, privacy, and development standards.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 3 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce application development.
- Solid hands-on expertise in Salesforce Apex development.
- Experience developing user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Knowledge of Aura Components and Visualforce development.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Integration Services using REST and SOAP APIs.




- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Experience developing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation solutions.
- Understanding of Salesforce security architecture including profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
- Experience with Service Cloud Web Services and API integrations.
- Knowledge of deployment processes, release management, and environment management.
- Familiarity with Git, SVN, or similar version control systems.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
