Job Summary

We're Hiring | Salesforce Communication Cloud / Service Cloud Solution Architect.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with robust expertise in Salesforce Communication Cloud and/or Salesforce Service Cloud, particularly in solution design, architecture, technical consulting, and end-to-end implementation. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements, leading technical discussions, and guiding development teams through implementation and deployment.

8+ Years in solution design, architecture, and end-to-end implementation.

Location

Pune, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Chennai, Noida, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Chandigarh, Nagpur.

Job Requirements & Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Communication Cloud.
- Proven experience in solution design, architecture, and end-to-end implementation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data modelling, security, automation, and integration.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and configuration/customization.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration with enterprise applications.
- Ability to create solution architecture documents, technical designs, and implementation roadmaps.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification; relevant Salesforce Consultant certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in telecommunications or communications industry, particularly for Communication Cloud projects.




- Experience leading architecture/design workshops and managing technical teams.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Industries capabilities and relevant industry data models, where applicable.

Ideal Candidate Profile A solution-oriented Salesforce professional who can independently own architecture and solution design, evaluate technical options, recommend the right Salesforce capabilities, and guide delivery teams from requirements through implementation.

Job Key Responsibilities

- Lead solution design and architecture for Salesforce Communication Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Define solution architecture, integration patterns, data models, workflows, and application configurations.
- Design and implement Service Cloud capabilities such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Management, Service Console, and customer service automation.
- For Communication Cloud engagements, design solutions involving communication service processes, product/service configuration, order management, and relevant industry-specific capabilities.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, requirement analysis, and solution presentations with stakeholders.
- Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical guidance to Salesforce developers, consultants, and implementation teams.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, performance, scalability, and deployment guidelines.
- Support solution estimation, technical documentation, testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting.
