As a sales representative, you will handle customer inquiries generated through Facebook and Instagram ads, WhatsApp, and other online channels. Your main responsibility will be to communicate with potential customers, explain our trekking packages, follow up with interested leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with potential customers who inquire about our trekking packages.

- Explain package prices, itineraries, inclusions, departure dates, and booking procedures.

- Handle customer questions and help them choose the right trekking package.

- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.

- Convert interested inquiries into confirmed bookings and collect booking details.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings.

- Update lead status in Google Sheets or the company's CRM.

- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer booking experience.

- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Hindi.

- Freshers can apply; candidates with experience in travel sales will be preferred.





- Confidence in making cold calls and converting potential leads into confirmed bookings.

- Good convincing, negotiation, and customer follow-up skills.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

- Comfortable working in a target-based sales role and achieving monthly booking targets.

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to grow in the travel industry.

Salary and Incentives

- Fixed salary with performance-based incentives.

- Expected monthly compensation: ₹15,000–₹20,000, depending on experience and performance.

- Additional incentives may be linked to confirmed bookings and achievement of sales targets, as per company policy.
