About the Role

BuildAmbit is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations & Finance Intern to support day-to-day finance coordination, learner documentation, payment tracking, and operational reporting.

This role offers hands-on exposure to financial partner coordination, learner financing processes, invoice management, ledger maintenance, and data management. The ideal candidate should be organised, comfortable working with spreadsheets, and capable of managing follow-ups accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with financial partners regarding learner financing and payment-related processes.
- Connect with learners to collect, verify, and follow up on required financial documents.
- Provide due diligence support for the first EMI process and track pending documentation or actions.
- Maintain account books, ledgers, and records of invoices and payments received.
- Create and maintain Google Sheets/Excel trackers for invoices, payments, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Track payment statuses and ensure records are updated accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with learners, financial partners, and internal teams to resolve pending finance-related queries.
- Identify discrepancies in payment records and escalate them to the relevant team.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on payment collections, pending documents, and operational activities.




- Support the team in improving finance-related workflows and maintaining organised records.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate or pursuing graduation in B.Com, BBA, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts, invoices, and ledger maintenance is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and financial records.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
