Sales Officer will be responsible for driving store sales, leading the sales associate team, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve monthly sales target for the store and handle high-value customers

2. Supervise 3-5 Sales Associates, assign daily targets, motivate team

3. Handle billing disputes, returns, and customer complaints professionally

4. Manage Visual Merchandising as per brand SOP, maintain store standards

5. Build long-term customer database / CRM and drive repeat sales

Qualification &

Skills Required

- Plus Two (1+year experience required)

- ⁠1-2 years experience in retail sales apparel / footwear / jewellery / beauty preferred

- Experience in mall stores is an advantage

- Leadership, target-driven, knowledge of POS billing system

Salary & Perks:

- Salary: based on experience + Incentives

- Shift: Day shift, 9.5 hrs, 6 days/week (Weekend working mandatory)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
