Role Description The Sales Officer – Tile Adhesives is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for driving sales of tile adhesive products through direct customer engagement, dealer and distributor networks, and project-based inquiries. Day-to-day activities include identifying and pursuing new leads, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, managing channel partners, and tracking sales performance against targets.

The Sales

Officer will handle customer queries, coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, monitor market trends and competitor activity,



and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. The role also involves regular field visits, relationship building with architects, contractors, and retailers, and providing feedback to management on product and market opportunities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client relationships and support pre- and post-sales interactions.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills to identify prospects, follow up on inquiries, and effectively manage the sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Channel Sales experience to work with distributors, dealers, and other partners in the building materials sector.
- Relevant experience in construction materials, adhesives, or related industries, with familiarity in the Hyderabad market, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in the field, meet sales targets, use basic CRM or reporting tools, and collaborate with technical and logistics teams.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
